I have had to much fun working out with Tony Horton the last few days and excited for the next few mornings of  22 Minute Hard Corps on the ship, with thousands of other BeachBody coaches – WHAT A BLAST!!!

22 Minutes Can Kick Your BootieI can’t get over how much fun & challenging this workout is. 13 Seconds in, is one of my new favourite moves 😀 This video was filmed a few days ago in Fort Lauderdale, just getting around to putting it up. One of the many reasons I LOVE #BeachBody programs is that you can take them with you anywhere through #BOD !!!
