Your health and fitness is NO Race. 

There are no Deadlines to hit

There will be ups and downs 

You will have days where you struggle to push forward

You will have times where you feel like giving up

You will have to conquer your mind 

You will get stronger 

You will get more energy

You will get more fit & healthy 

You will be able to do more reps then before

You will be able to see noticeable difference in your physique 

You will feel amazing 

You will love your body 

In the beginning of your health & fitness journey it is the absolute hardest to take control of your mind & body and push it to do things it has never done before. It will be a struggle! You won’t see instant results! But what ever you do DO NOT GIVE UP!

Be stronger than you weakest excuse 

Your body only goes where your mind will allow it…

… PUSH HARD and remember why you started and where you want to be in 21 Days, 45 Day, 6 months, 1 year, 3 year and / or 5 years.

Fitness is not a competition, it is becoming better than you were yesterday!
