I always try and make my healthiest meal of my day breakfast so my body is energized and fuelled properly for the day.

Here is a sneak peak at what I would have for breakfast

I tried this recipe this morning and it was YUMMY! definitely didn’t feel like I was actually having the healthier meal of my day :)

Papaya Coconut

1 serving Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
1 cup coconut water
½ cup fresh or frozen papaya chunks

For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
